01Scope and operator

These terms apply to edufeed24.co.za, an EduFeed24 platform within FEED24 Group. Read them with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

These terms are presented for your awareness when using the website. Separate affirmative acceptance may be required for accounts, purchases or other services; simply publishing this page does not establish acceptance of every contractual provision.

02What the website offers

The website supports public understanding of South African basic education systems. Some resources are available through YouTube; other features are being prepared. Availability and features may change.

The website does not provide individual legal advice, institutional decisions or official government services. See our Disclaimer for the boundaries of educational content.

03Permitted use

You may browse publicly available pages, follow links and use resources for lawful personal learning. Sharing links to our published pages is welcome. Any downloadable resource may carry additional licence conditions.

Nothing in these terms removes uses permitted by applicable copyright law. A publicly accessible item is not automatically licensed for unrestricted copying or commercial reuse.

04Intellectual property

Original FEED24 text, artwork, media, learning materials and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party legislation, public documents and referenced sources retain their own legal status and applicable permissions.

Unless an applicable licence or the law permits it, obtain written permission before reproducing, adapting, redistributing or commercially exploiting FEED24 material. Do not imply our endorsement or use our branding misleadingly.

05Responsible conduct

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Do not bypass access controls or attempt to retrieve confidential information.

Do not submit information you lack authority to share, including confidential school records or identifiable information about children. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of material you send us.

06Enquiries and subscriptions

An enquiry does not guarantee that EduFeed24 will accept a project, provide advice or publish submitted material. Subscription choices and withdrawal are described in our Privacy Policy.

Sending a correction or enquiry does not transfer ownership of your material or grant us unrestricted publication rights. Contributions intended for publication require suitable separate arrangements.

07External services and future products

YouTube, social media and other external platforms operate under their own terms. FEED24 does not control their availability, security or content.

Future Shop purchases, course enrolments, subscriptions and directory arrangements will require relevant service terms, prices, delivery information and applicable cancellation or refund conditions. This page does not create a current paid-service agreement.

08Service access and limitations

We may maintain, update or temporarily withdraw features, and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from educational content.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

09Changes, law and contact

Published updates will carry a revised effective date. Material changes should be communicated appropriately; fresh agreement will be obtained where necessary. An update will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

South African law applies, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. These terms do not prevent you from approaching a competent court, regulator or statutory dispute mechanism.
